A Mediterranean residence on the southern coast of Albania, designed with durability and elegance in mind. The buildings consist of a white stucco facade that glistens under the Mediterranean sun, reflecting light and the natural environment. The architecture incorporates Mediterranean elements with the use of arched forms. These arches are a prominent feature of the facade, adding a timeless beauty and providing a sense of spaciousness and flow. They also serve a practical purpose by creating shaded areas, which help protect from the intense sun, contributing to the building's energy efficiency. Balconies are an essential part of this design, these shaded areas are designed to enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere while remaining protected from the strong rays of the sun. They offer a comfortable space for relaxing, dining or simply soaking in the stunning views of the coastal landscape. The inner courtyard is a focal point of the residence, designed as a communal oasis for the public. At its center, a public pool offers a refreshing retreat, surrounded by native vegetation. The garden mainly contains olive trees, as one of the symbolic trees of the south of Albania, which create a calm and traditional Mediterranean atmosphere. Trees and other native plants have been carefully integrated, enhancing the natural beauty of the landscape and providing habitat for local birds. Overall, this Mediterranean building combines aesthetic grace with sustainable design principles, creating a harmonious and inviting space that respects and celebrates its coastal setting.
